Description

Organic is booming, and the organic winegrowing sector is following these trends. How can winegrowers convert to organic and be successful on the domestic, European and global market in the current environment affected by several major changes: climate, society’s expectations, economic situation, technical constraints?

Experts from the sector, economists, technicians, researchers and advisers will present the issues involved in developing organic viticulture: production figures, consumer expectations, then the technical issues, in particular on soil cultivation strategies and reduction of copper in the vineyard and the prevention of cross-contamination in the winery. Professionals will then offer an account of their own experience.
