Description

An innovative and eco-friendly vineyard (VIE in French) is a model of a vineyard with mechanised pruning dedicated to the production of Vin de France. The project, sponsored by Anivin de France in partnership with IFV has since 2018 offered technical support for the planting of two pilot vineyards with innovative and eco-friendly practices with the goal of producing 15 - 20 tonnes of grapes/ha/year for 15 years.

At SITEVI 2021, Anvin de France and IFV will present the latest technical and economic results from these experimental sites by answering the following questions:

How to manage inputs of water and nitrogen on a ferti-irrigated VIE?

With what sprayer and at what speed can VIE be treated effectively and accurately?

How can you optimise the grass cover of a VIE?

What are the production costs of a VIE?
