Description

Eight controlled origin appellations, or AOC (Alsace, Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Die, Jura, Limoux, Loire and Savoie) make crémant, which is a sparkling wine obtained from secondary fermentation in the bottle. With their original characteristics and taste, crémants compete with their European sparkling cousins, the Italian proseccos and the Spanish cavas. But will you be able to spot the odd one out in this blind tasting?

Workshop organised and hosted by Charlotte Anneraud, Laure Cayla (IFV)
