Designed to make sampling easier, this piece of apparatus allows the grower to package their wines themselves on the domain in samples of 6cl, depending on need, while continuing to benefit from the expertise developed by WIT France in the inerting of wine during repackaging.
The oenological aspect of the wine is stabilized thanks to its being packaged in a controlled atmosphere.
No motor or electricity are used, only the pressure of the gas. Connected to a source of inert gas, the "WITMAKER" allows a bottle of wine to be repackaged in twelve "WIT" samples of 6cl each (glass tube with a screw cap that can be customized using silkscreen printing).
The wine bottle to be repackaged is subjected to pressure from a nitrogen-type gas.
The gas has a dual use, given that it serves to inert the sample during the refilling phase and also to push the wine, by way of a piston effect, from the bottle towards the tube. The WITMAKER is equipped with two parallel circuits that enable it to fulfil these two functions. The two circuits are managed by way of a single push button.
The sample can be produced from a bottle in small quantities, remaining faithful to the packaged wine with the guarantee of maximum protection for the wine, away from any potential contact with an atmosphere rich in oxygen. Sampling costs are thus reduced.
