The aim of the new "Organ" principle is to free the winegrower from any pressure-programming constraints, which can often appear complicated (pressure, pressure maintenance, number of tank rotations...).
The system provides an answer to the needs of smaller winemakers and takes into account their knowledge, including the type of harvest to be pressed: juicy, late, decanted red, slow extraction...
The process is simple, using the "dynamic" trough of the press.
Regular measurements of the drain-off of juices are transmitted directly to the software. This information is required for managing draining and pressing cycles and for the precise detection of the appearance of juice, so as to define the degree of drainage.
