What are the opening times for public?

The show is open from 8.30 a.m to 6 p.m

 

What are the set-up dates and times for my stand?

What are the dismantling dates & times for my stand?

When can I receive a proposal for my stand location?

Locations are attributed by coming order of the forms.

The 200 first registered exhibitors will be individually invited by the SITEVI team to come and validate their location during a setting-up meeting at the beginning of June, in Montpellier or in Paris.

For the other exhibitors, location proposals will be sent by email.

When does the exhibitor area open?

The exhibitor area will be opened from September 2013. 

When can I order the complementaries provisions for my stand?

As soon as the exhibitor area opens, in September 2013.

Which provisions are included in my stand equipment?

You will find all the information about your stand equipement in your participation form.

Who receives the login + password to access the online exhibitor area?

When you book your stand, it's the person presented as responsible who will receive all the information about SITEVI. 

 

What are the mandatories steps and costs to register as a co-exhibitor?

The co-exhibitor has to fill out a participation form, as well as the exhibitor. The co-exhibitor has to pay the following: "Co-exhibitor pack" (registration costs) and the "Mandatory Internet Link" on the exhibitor list.

When can I order my exhibitors' badges?

You will be able to order your exhibitors' badges via your exhibitor area. The stand manager will receive them directly by email. Your badges can be ordered only if your invoice is pad.

Is there a caterer service available on the show?

Yes, you can contact the company Carle Organisation.

Can I rent a car in Montpellier?

You will find many rental companies at the Montpellier train station and the Montpellier International Airport. More information about transportation will be available soon in the "Useful information" tab.

Can I book a hotel room in the region?

You may check the accomodation page. 

Is there any facility access for disabled persons?

Yes, disabled persons can visit the show.

I would like to broadcast music and audiovisual on my stand

To install a sound system with recorded CD or DVD on my stand and obtain autorization from SACEM, you need to declare it online: http://www.sacem.fr/cms/home/utilisateurs/diffuser/stand/sonorisation-stand and to send the payment before the exhibition.

If you install a sound system in the whole space or if you organize parties or musical events yourself during the show, you also need to declare it to SACEM who will send you the appropriate material for the statement of your event.
